Terms And Conditions

1. All details payable prior to departure. (A) Cash - Seven days prior. (B) Cheques - fourteen days prior. (C) Credit cards 12 hours prior. The above does not include bona fide account customer
2. The company require a minimum £50.00 or 10% deposit whichever is the greater, to reserve booking. This is non - returnable in the event of cancellation.
3. Coaches cancelled on the day of departure for any reason, or returned not required will be charged at 50% of the agreed rate.
4. Alcohol may only be carried by prior arrangement, however we will not permit alcohol to be carried or consumed on the vehicle to any sporting event amateur or professional.
5. The company reserve the right to sub hire any detail without notification, and redress themselves from any responsibility of reimbursement to the customer unless in writing from said company involved.
6. The company accept no responsibility for any lost property left on coaches, either with or without drivers permission.
7. The company reserve the right to substitute any coach any coach that has been reserved, without notice should it not be available i.e coaches without toilets, reclining seats, video, drinks facility etc., replaced with standard coaches, maximum £30.00 refundable.
8. The company would ask the client to check that the details on the booking form are correct as amendments cannot be made after departure.
9. All credit / debit card bookings will be subject to a surcharge.
10. As the organiser you are responsible for ensuring your group are aware that they must wear seatbelts at all times, this is a requirement by law
