‘I'd like to pass on mine and the group's thanks for what was a fantastic day out on Saturday. James and the lady on reception when I popped into your office (sorry I didn’t catch her name) were both very approachable and helpful, making the organizing very straightforward and easy to do, even when we arranged for a small pick up before the main group. Confirmations and receipts were immediately sent through by email and post.. The coach you issued us with arrived very punctually and was larger than the 30 seater we booked (thank you this helped with all the shopping we brought back - the husbands didn’t realize just how much until we got off!), as well as being well maintained and clean. Our driver Adrian was friendly, an extremely competent and safe driver and a fantastic personality, when we arrived in Ludlow, Adrian felt like one of the group already. Could you pass our thanks to the whole team please?. We will definitely be using Den Caney coaches again and will recommend you to others. Thank you for helping make our day trip so enjoyable.
